BP Finishes Plugging Gulf Oil Well With Cement as Part of Permanent Seal

US, August 6th, 2010 - BP Plc said it completed cementing operations at the MC252 well, as part of the static kill procedure. Monitoring of the well is underway in order to confirm the effectiveness of the procedure. - Boomberg
